How do I get the 100% match on my money in my ZYNG roundup savings account?

To help customers get a jump start on their savings, not only do we automatically round up every debit card purchase to the nearest dollar and deposit the spare change into their savings account, we match it. All new customers get a 100% match during their first 100 days. Customers who maintain an average daily balance of $3,000 will continue to receive a 100% match, and customers who maintain a balance below $3,000 will receive a 25% match.1

Does ZYNLO have 24/7 Customer Service?

What types of accounts does ZYNLO offer?

We offer a checking account (also called a “spending account”), a savings account, and a high-yield money market account – each with unique benefits. Regardless of whichever account you choose to open, you’ll have the convenience of managing it from your smartphone or computer.

Who can use ZYNLO?

Any U.S. citizen 18 or older with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number. We can open accounts for people throughout the United States.

How to Bank with ZYNLO

Do I need to have a smartphone?

A smartphone is not required, but does provide you with on-the-go flexibility. Customers can bank just as easily from a computer or tablet.

How long will it take to get my debit card?

Once your account has been approved, you can expect your ZYNLO debit card PIN within 3-5 business days. Your debit card will arrive approximately 2 business days later.

Safety & Security

Are my deposits insured?

Yes! In fact, all deposits are 100% insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). This is a big deal because unlike many other institutions that only have FDIC insurance, all funds at ZYNLO, including 100% of all deposits, are fully insured with no coverage cap.

What is your security policy?

Customer security will always be a top priority for us. Since we are backed by one of the most established regulated banks, PeoplesBank, unlike many other online institutions we have the expertise and tools in place to fully protect customer information, as stated in our security policy.

How do I find fee-free ATMS?

We’ve partnered with Allpoint to offer customers over 55,000 ATMs completely free of charge. Allpoint ATMs are located in leading national and regional merchant locations such as CVS, Target and Walgreens around the world. Find an ATM location nearest you.

How do I open an account?

If you’re a new customer, tap or click the Open an Account button at the top-right of your screen. Or, you know, here

If you’re already a ZYNLO customer and on your computer, log in to Online Banking and click Open a New Account under the Products menu. If you’re in the app, tap More (at the bottom of the screen), then Products, then Open a New Account.

How do I deposit money into my accounts?

If you choose to direct deposit your paycheck into your ZYNLO account, you’ll have the added benefit of receiving your paycheck up to 2 days early. You can also deposit checks using mobile deposit and electronic transfers, even from other institutions.

How do I get Early Payday with my Direct Deposit?

As long as your employer offers direct deposit, you can take advantage of our Early Payday feature to access your paycheck up to two days early. Be sure to check with your employer as additional paperwork may be required. Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of the submission of the payment file from the payer. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date.2

What ATM Network does ZYNLO use?

ZYNLO customers can access Allpoint ATMs free of charge, which are located in leading national and regional merchant locations such as CVS, Target and Walgreens across the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom and Australia.  Look for the green Allpoint logo on participating ATMs. Find an ATM location nearest you.

Are there ATM fees for using other ATMs?

We will never charge you a fee for using an out-of-network ATM, however the ATM owner might. You can avoid fees altogether by using one of our 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs. Plus you’ll always have the ability to get cash back at thousands of merchants across the country.

Can my debit card be linked to mobile payments?

Absolutely! You can link your ZYNLO Visa debit card to your preferred Apple Pay™3, Google Pay™4, or Samsung Pay5 account.

How can I send money to family and friends?

Log into the ZYNLO app or your ZYNLO online banking account and click ‘Move Money’. From here you can select ‘Pay a Person’. All you need is their name and email address, or mobile phone number to create the transfer. To ensure your money is going to the right person, you’ll have the option to create a secret security question and answer that only the recipient will know.

Does ZYNLO provide checks for the accounts?

ZYNLO does not offer checks for the simple reasons that they are more expensive, less environmentally friendly and can take longer to get your money to where it’s supposed to go. However, should you choose to order paper checks for yourself, we will support payment of any paper checks you write. Though we do encourage you to explore our easy to use bill pay and transfer functions, as well as our ‘Pay a Person’ options before ordering paper checks to see if they meet your needs.

Can I pay bills with my ZYNLO account?

Our automated bill payment feature ensures your payments will always be on time. Bill payment is easy to set up and can be found within the app, or through online banking.
